At Mozhi Labs, we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized products tailored to your needs. As most of our products are personalized, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy. However, we do accept returns or offer refunds in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items.

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns, refunds, or replacements only in the following cases:

✅ Defective or Damaged Products – If the product was damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect.

✅ Incorrect Item Received – If you received a product different from what you ordered.

✅ Incomplete Order – If any part of your order is missing.

⛔ We do NOT accept returns for:

❌ Change of mind after placing the order.

❌ Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (as customization may cause slight differences).

❌ Personalized products with incorrect details provided by the customer.

🚨 IMPORTANT: An unboxing video is mandatory for processing any return or replacement requests.

  1. Reporting a Return/Refund Request

If your order qualifies for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

🔹 Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

🔹 Send an email to info@mozhilabs.in with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos/videos showing the defect/damage
  • Brief description of the issue

🔹 Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

  1. Replacement & Refund Process

📍 Replacement: If eligible, we will send a new product at no extra cost.

📍 Refund: If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

📍 Return Pickup: In some cases, we may arrange a pickup. Otherwise, the customer must ship the product back to us.

  1. Order Cancellations

🚫 Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be canceled.

🔹 Since we offer customized and made-to-order products, production starts immediately after an order is placed.
